Admission Procedure:
At Vidya Vihar Convent High School, we believe in providing equal and fair opportunities for quality education to every child. The school follows a transparent and well-defined admission process, ensuring that all admissions are conducted strictly on merit and availability of seats. No undue influence or unfair practices are entertained at any stage of the admission procedure.
Admission forms and prospectus are issued subject to the availability of seats in the respective classes. Parents are required to accompany their child at the time of registration and admission.
For admission to Pre-Primary and Primary classes, submission of the child’s birth certificate and the previous class progress report is mandatory.

Registration Process
The duly filled registration form must be submitted at the school office within the stipulated time during working hours. Incomplete or late applications will not be considered. Important Guidelines A minimum of one month’s prior written notice is mandatory for issuing the Transfer Certificate (TC). If the application for TC is not submitted within the stipulated time, one month’s additional fee shall be payable. Applications must be submitted only by parents or legal guardians. School Leaving Certificate / Transfer Certificate will be issued only after clearance of all outstanding dues. No refund of school fees will be made under any circumstances. As per Right to Education (RTE) norms, no entrance test is conducted for admissions up to Class VIII.
